A local Midwestern man has remarked about how it keeps getting darker seemingly earlier and earlier every day, today for the 30th consecutive day in the winter of the 40th consecutive year.
The man’s concerns have been echoed by many in his neighborhood who reportedly “can’t believe it” and are shocked to learn it’s dark at this hour, which makes it feel much later. Sources indicate they will adjust to this in late January at the earliest and will have time to prepare to be shocked when it’s light out at 8 p.m. in the summer.
