A California man is urging folks to get to the polls today to vote in the Virginia gubernatorial election, adding that it’s a “fight for our future.”

James Wermer, 34, tweeted a thread today urging his 141 followers to do their part to make a difference in this election. He told his followers on Instagram also that Virginia can’t afford Glenn Youngkin as governor, and he posted a list of polling places to his story.

“This election is too important to sit out,” Wermer tweeted Tuesday afternoon. “Do your part to make a difference. Get to the polls! Keep our state blue!”

It’s been confirmed that Wermer has no social media followers in Virginia.
