A new study from science shows that throwing your phone in the ocean is a guaranteed way to improve your all around mental health, almost immediately.

The study of 100 over stressed people found that 97 of them were happier the next day after throwing their phone in the ocean, and the other three miss Uber Eats. The study has not been confirmed for lakes and rivers, but experts believe the results may be similar.
