According to Emojipedia, “gingers are just too controversial. It was time to have a mustachioed bride, but the world needs time to accept redheads. We can’t even be sure if they have souls. We don’t need devices getting haunted or anything. That’s a lot of liability. Best to just stay safe and stick to things we can all agree on, like a gender-neutral Santa Claus.”
