A local office Christmas party was deemed insensitive by some employees, as it didn’t consider those who don’t celebrate their coworkers.
Speaking on the condition of anonymity, multiple coworkers said having a Christmas themed party in their office totally disrespected their belief system of not doing things with coworkers after work. Many in the office called it “rude” and even “ignorant.”
Employees are reportedly hoping to get a significant enough buzz to ignore how their rigid belief system is being violated.
