In a brave move for progress, Hasbro has announced that the popular Mr. Potato Head figure will now longer feature its famous potato penis as it is not gender neutral.
The move has been met with mixed reactions. Many thought Mr. Potato Head needed its potato penis and removing it is an unnecessary nod to political correctness. Others thought this diminished the identity of Mrs. Potato Head, who is now left with a gender neutral and penis-less husband. But others still, applauded the move as it was high time Mr. Potato Head got rid of his bigoted gender identity and penis.
There is no word yet if Toy Story will be remastered to have Potato Head gender neutral and sans penis.
