An area man’s most recent Facebook post – made possible by voice command to his Amazon Alexa – warned his online friends that FaceApp’s privacy policies are suspect at best, and users shouldn’t trust its Russian developers.

“I don’t understand how people can trust this thing,” the 28-year-old man told his Alexa to post on Facebook. “People need to realize their privacy is being taken from them. Wake up, people.”

“Ever hear of RUSSIA?” the post concluded. “Did we learn nothing from the 2016 election?”

The post had 37 reactions at press time, most of which were angry faces. Shortly after posting, the man returned to Amazon Prime shopping, with intermittent breaks to send Snapchats to friends.
