With many threatening to leave Twitter after Elon Musk’s takeover, plenty of alternatives are coming to the forefront including Parler, Gab and getting a hobby you fucking dork.
Parler and Gab and some other social media alternatives might turn many off because of their ideological bent, but getting a hobby offers fulfillment that does not come with any right or left-wing baggage. If there is a mass exodus from Twitter, getting a hobby might see the biggest spike as its the only option available that will not rot your brain and turn you into a giant asshole. A Velvet Hamster survey, though, shows little commitment to new hobbies.
Another option considered is that no one actually leaves Twitter and nothing bad happens.
