Those who have viewed the film in advance have called it “dark,” “disturbing” and “gut wrenching” as Bill and Ted wind up in Spring 2020 in the middle of the movie. Bill and Ted need to navigate Antifa, coronavirus, federal agents and cable news in this the hardest to watch Bill & Ted movie. Viewers have said it’s not funny at all.
