As Land O’Lakes prepares to turn 100, they have decided to replace the Native American woman who appears on their products with the less offensive Washington Redskins logo.

“We are always striving to create an inclusive dairy experience for the consumer,” said Marc DeBurro, brand manager for Land O’Lakes. “We felt the woman previously depicted on our packaging was not inclusive to all of our neighbors, so we went with a brand that is popular with one of the most popular industries in the world. We have pivoted towards the future.”
