‘Get a hobby,’ Screen Time bluntly says

Your Screen Time app was direct today, as it told you bluntly to “get a hobby” as the amount of time you’ve spent looking at your screen.

This is a fair assessment, as it’s been too much time looking at the screen – something you might be doing right now. Thankfully you still have time to put it down before you reach the level Apple assesses as “you’re a fucking disgrace.”
