In an absolutely disgusting incident that seems too absurd to be true, a local man has found what appears to be pieces of cereal in his box of Cinnamon Toast Shrimp.
Jason Carp, 40, was pouring his morning bowl of Cinnamon Toast Shrimp when he noticed some crunchy, square pieces fall out of the box. Upon further examination – and to his disgust – he realized they were pieces of cereal.
“It’s sickening,” Carp said. “I immediately contacted General Mills. I expect my Cinnamon Toast Shrimp to be covered in sugar, sure, but beyond that I assume it’s all natural, fresh and certainly not packaged with disgusting pieces of cereal. Yuck, I can barely say the words.”
Carp also found marshmallows and what might be a piece of a pop tart in the box. He is considering suing General Mills, to which the company may counter with a lifetime supply of Cinnamon Toast Shrimp.
