A local family is gathering today to make some difficult decisions after mom decided to forego “Taco Tuesday” in favor of serving trout.
Bill and Linda Anderson usually have tacos with their kids every Tuesday, but things took a dark turn this week. Husband Bill Anderson, 42, said that the family wasn’t prepared.
“We were stunned,” Bill said. “You always know that, someday, something like this might happen, but you never think it’s going to be so soon. I thought we had more time. The kids were terrified.”
Linda dismissed the family’s concerns, saying “I just felt like having fish. I didn’t think it mattered; trout still starts with a T.”
A GoFundMe has been set up to help the Anderson family.
