The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention are recommending extra protections this year against a likely mask-less Santa Claus, including stopping him from using your chimney and encouraging him to drop presents outside the front porch.

If possible, the CDC would like everyone to select the “leave at door” option with Santa. Parents are encouraged to wear a hazmat suit and guard their chimney in case there is any miscommunication, and to Clorox the chimney and tree. Milk and cookies are banned as its indoor dining.

The CDC would also like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas.
