While self isolating, presidential candidate Joe Biden has been reportedly trying to set up one of them podcast video stream hangout zoom thingys to address the nation, but can’t seem to get his VCR to work.
Biden has tried all sorts of things with his VCR, including unplugging it and plugging it back in, smacking it and blowing in it. He is unsure why it still says it’s 12:00, despite that not being the time most of the time.
At press time, Biden was asking staffers if he could just use a walkman.
