An increasingly desperate Trump legal team has declared that “next ballot wins” as part of a recount effort in numerous states, though no one else has agreed to these rules.
“Next ballot wins!” Rudy Giuliani was heard yelling in Wisconsin. “That or first to 11, must win by two. Make it take it.”
Election officials in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Georgia are unlikely to agree to these rules and will instead stick to whoever has the most votes wins.
