President Donald Trump has officially delayed the November election by applying a tarp over the White House lawn.
Applying the tarp officially puts the election under delay, with no clear end yet. Umpires can officially postpone the election to a future year, suspend it or declare it official since it’s already been three years into a term. While the election is under delay, networks will air coronavirus reruns.
