Shortly after confusing Syria with Libya, President Joe Biden pivoted to a new strategy during his NATO summit speech, hoping the audience would call out a country to finish his sentences.

“That place with the things,” a nervous Biden said in reference to some place. “Ya know, Syria, Libya, Montana, it’s got ya know the things. You guys know. Well, Russia knows. And we can’t let them know. They can’t know. But you know. C’mon, you guys, let’s go.”

No one at the NATO summit seemed to know where Biden was referring to, but the president moved on to other important topics like the stuff at the places with the things, ya know and other critical foreign policy nuggets. Reporters, also unclear on the place with the things, did not ask him where it was.
