House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer said Friday they are committed to honoring ‘whatever his name’ in any police reforms they pass.

Pelosi and Schumer both made statements Friday pledging that any legislation becoming law needs to honor ‘that guy’ and his legacy of ‘whatever he did.’

“This legislation needs to be worthy of that one guy’s name,” Pelosi said to a nodding Schumer. “We need to remember whatever his name. That thing that happened to that guy was a bad thing, and we need to honor his memory.”

Sources say Democrats are considering naming legislation the Whatever His Name Act.
