Local parents are reportedly ready to take their chances with coronavirus, as the third consecutive day with their kids at home has taken a toll.
Tim and Ronda Pelder have been home with their kids ages 8 and 5 for three days now, and even a little bit of Baileys in their coffee each morning isn’t helping.
“We didn’t sign up for this,” the couple said. “Being a parent is about the ability to drop your kids off at school for most of the day. This pandemic is truly tragic. Can’t Trump find a cure? Please help.”
Current parents are advising prospective parents – who may be thinking about having a child since they are stuck inside – to just not.
