An increasingly bored John King said on CNN this morning that it’s worth seeing what happens if you turn the election maps orange, maybe with some teal sprinkled in.
King has been working CNN’s maps nearly nonstop for several days, and without new vote totals is running out of things to discuss. But turning the maps different colors, he said, is fun.
“Look here, we’ve been staring at a lot of red and blue, but what if we didn’t,” King said before touching the map and turning it an array of different colors. “Let’s see what happens if we turn the map orange. Teal. Brown maybe? A nice magenta? The options are endless, but it’s a lot of fun to play with.”
Changing the colors, experts have told the Hamster, has had no impact.
