Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden reportedly showed up to today’s CNN Democratic presidential debate at 8 a.m., thanks to a classic a.m./p.m. mix up.
Biden was confused at first why no one else was on stage, as campaign aides quickly scrambled to sort out the mess.
“I am the only candidate with a track record spanning decades of getting things done for working families,” Biden yelled into a mic that wasn’t on, as staffers tried to tell him they had the times mixed up. “I worked directly with President Taft on reforms to help working people!”
Biden was reportedly eventually glad the debate wasn’t for several more hours, as it gave him time to get eye drops for his bloodshot eye.
