Georgia Democrat Stacey Abrahams has refused to concede 24 hours after a North Carolina special election.
Republican Sen. Dan Bishop narrowly defeated Democrat Dan McCready in the race. Abrams claims she would have won were it not for voter suppression and refuses to concede the race, in which she was not a candidate.
