Presidential hopeful Elizabeth Warren is joining fellow Chinese Americans today to celebrate the Lunar New Year.
“This is an important part of my heritage,” Warren said in a speech to the Chinese Association of Iowa. “Being Asian isn’t super helpful for getting into Harvard so I went in another direction at the time, but that doesn’t mean I haven’t always been proud of who I am.”
