A source inside the Democrat Party has told the Velvet Hamster the party is focus testing a new platform centered around stealing all the underpants.
“First, we would steal all the underpants,” the source explained, “and then you know, and then the American people will prosper.”
The DNC has not responded to our request for clarification on if there is a step in between. Biden, a big fan of this platform, may address this in his acceptance speech.
