Former Covington Catholic High School student Nick Sandmann won another defamation lawsuit Tuesday, this one making him the president of CNN.

After winning multiple lawsuits worth hundreds of millions of dollars against CNN and the Washington Post, this latest lawsuit has just declared that he take over CNN as they can’t pay any further. Sandmann starts as president this week and is promising to make big changes.

“We are happy with this outcome,” Sandmann’s lawyer said. “It doesn’t totally vindicate what my client had to go through, but taking over the network and most likely firing everyone is a positive step toward fairness.”

Sandmann is likely to also take over the Washington Post. If that happens, his lawyer says, bygones can be bygones.
