Carnival Cruise Line is trying to reignite its business with a new ad campaign promising travelers ‘50% less COVID’ on cruises the rest of the year.

Carnival’s business has tanked during the pandemic, as well as their reputation as they inadvertently helped spread coronavirus across the world. With their new pledge, though, they are hoping customers won’t be able to turn down such a good deal.

“We’re offering this unbelievable deal for just a limited time,” one ad copy read. “Less COVID, less deaths, MORE fun. Plan your next vacation with us and there’s a decent chance you won’t die!”

As of midday Wednesday, Carnival had reportedly sold out most of their cruises.
