Journalists clashed with White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki at today’s briefing, boiling up to reporters asking her if she needed anything and how she was doing today.

Psaki began the day’s briefing by saying good morning and welcoming reporters to the press pool today. That sparked the confrontation, which quickly escalated from there.

“Can we get you anything?” One reporter from the Washington Post chimed in.

“How is it going?” Another from the New York Times asked. “You look nice today.”

The intense back and forth lasted for six and half minutes before the briefing ended. This tense relationship between the press and the Biden administration is only expected to be amplified in the next four years.
