Democratic Presidential Candidate Michael Bloomberg has retaliated against President Donald Trump’s decision to ban his publication – Bloomberg News – from campaign events, by banning Trump Magazine from his own campaign events.
The move will be controversial among supporters of a free press, but Bloomberg said in a statement that Trump Magazine clearly can not be fair in its coverage given its close relationship to the president. The magazine, which folded in 2009, is owned by the president, likely how it got its name.
Trump Magazine will issue a statement in its next issue.
