Joe Biden confirmed Monday that Florida Congresswoman Kamala Warren is a leading candidate for vice president, somewhat confusing reporters though they also kinda understood what he meant.
No one in the media asked a follow up question to the former vice president for clarification on who he was talking about, but rather assumed that meant he was considering Florida Rep. Val Demings, Sen. Kamala Harris and Sen. Elizabeth Warren. Or it’s also possible he doesn’t realize those are three people.
Biden’s official pick is expected this week, at least by the media. It is unclear yet if Biden expects it.
