President-elect Joe Biden is still recovering from a hairline fracture, but said he hopes to be ready to return in time for the postseason.

Biden slipped and injured himself while playing with his dog last week. He’s hopeful though that he should be practicing at game speed in a matter of weeks.

“Look, it’s time, it’s soon that we’ll be back on the field doing the thing,” Biden said. “January 20th. January the 20th is the postseason and I’ll be back on that field, Jack, taking the ball downfield and scoring the touchdown and defeating this president.”

Coaches have not yet commented on the injury, and aren’t yet sure why they were asked.
