Joe Biden’s presidential campaign announced this morning it is calling for a physical lid over the candidate starting now until election day.
The campaign announced it early – around 9:45 a.m. this morning – to let reporters know he can’t answer any questions, or look up, because of the lid. The campaign wouldn’t provide any specific reason for the lid, just that he is preparing for the debate and presenting the best vision for the country as president, except of course when that vision calls for looking up because there is a lid.
The campaign would not comment if the lid would be there during the debate.
