A new analysis from the Congressional Budget Office shows that the ambitious Green Eggs and Ham New Deal will cost the nation thousands of jobs in a box, with a fox, here or there or anywhere.
The plan is the updated version of the original Green New Deal introduced by freshman Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, but expands to in houses, with mouses, in a box, with a fox, on a train, in a car and in the dark, among other places.
Due to the CBO report, many congressional Republicans have already said they can not, will not vote yes on the plan. Progressive Democrats, though, insist they will not give up asking.
