1 in 3 Americans pretty sure they’d have opinion on critical race theory if they knew what it was

A new poll on the lightening rod topic of critical race theory shows that as many as 1 in 3 Americans are pretty sure they’d have an opinion on it if they knew what it was.

This poll shows how divisive the issue is. Another third of Americans are opposed to CRT and another were strongly in favor, though follow up questions showed roughly 84% of those in those camps were likely lying about their knowledge of the issue. The third that is pretty sure it’d have an opinion if it knew what it was said they were mostly indifferent on learning.
