A local fantasy football coach has shut down all team activities after he tested positive for COVID-19 Monday morning.
“It’s in the best interest’s of the team’s health if we suspend operations at this time,” Mark Reesen said at a press conference only the Velvet Hamster attended. “I am staying away from my laptop – where my players are – for at least 10 days as I try to get healthy. We will reschedule games when possible.”
Other members of Reesen’s league are considering booting him from it, not for the illness but for messing up the schedule by canceling games.
