It does not matter which thing is chosen – as certainly there are plenty things to pick from – but whatever the thing from years past is indeed embarrassing, it should be dwelled on late into the night and disrupt sleep patterns. Research shows this is the best method toward staying connected to the embarrassing thing and thus staying humbled and ashamed at all times.
