An illegal hairdresser has evaded law enforcement by reportedly vetting potential customers of being police, sources tell the Hamster.
The hairdresser – who will remain nameless – has been asking any potential customer ‘you a cop?’ and patting them down before giving them a haircut. The Hamster spoke with this hairdresser – as well as illegal barbers, bartenders and caterers – on the condition of anonymity.
