As boos and chants of “lock him up” rained down on President Donald Trump Sunday at game 5 of the World Series, a nervous Steve Scalise tried to comfort Trump in assuring him the crowd was really saying “booHerEmails.”
“They’re not saying ‘boo,'” Scalise said, panicking that Trump might be angry. “They’re saying ‘booHerEmails.’ Listen to them, ‘lock her up! lock her up!'”
Trump reportedly groveled at the long boos, but since forget about them after he and the rest of his suite got ice creams in little baseball helmets.
