A fascinating new report from science has discovered that it’s totally OK to eat the entire whole ass pint of ice cream tonight so long as you jog next week, month or year.
A jog within the next seven days would be optimal to cancel out the entirety of that Ben & Jerry’s Half Baked pint, but it’s also totally effective sometime in the next 30 days or in the calendar year. Science adds that if not accomplished this calendar year, two jogs next year would also suffice.
If not the running type, it is recommended to only have half a pint.
