That guy who ghosted you at the beginning of February will soon resume regular levels of texting, a recent study shows.
“In purely textual relationships, it is common for ghosting to occur as Valentine’s Day approaches,” said Dr. Hugo Boncoeur, who led the study. “Once the danger has passed, the texter is likely to resume pre-Valentine’s day levels. Recipient response varies.”
This analysis has been confirmed the last three Valentine’s Days.
