New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo has released his second book, this time discussing how if he was responsible for the deaths of thousands of New Yorkers, here’s how he would have done it.

Cuomo is careful to point out in the book that he in fact is not responsible for any deaths and did not hide any deaths from the public. However, if both those things were true, he knows exactly how he would have done it.

“If I did what the critics say,” one expert reads, “I would have stuff thousands of people into nursing homes. Not bars or restaurants – that’s too obvious, we’ll keep those closed. All into nursing homes, and then we would have fudged the numbers just slightly, just slightly. That’s what I would have done. Then I would have blamed everyone else, the peasants who want to go out to eat and live a life.”

The book is available for pre order for $39.99. The Hamster does not blame to read it.
