A first-time investor has bought a physical AMC Theaters location in his neighborhood after misunderstanding what the fuss was today in the stock market.
Ralph Maller, 34, told his friends today “we’re going to the fucking moon” before purchasing the failing movie theater a few blocks from his home. He also told the Hamster after purchasing that he plans to “hold” the theater for a while.
“I’m going to be so rich,” Maller said after getting the keys to the theater, which has been closed for 10 months. “I couldn’t afford a GameStop, but this is the next big thing.”
Maller is currently considering buying thousands of Nokia flip phones.
